Some frequently asked questions and answers and anything else I can think of that you might want to know!
I may have forgotten something, so please don’t be afraid to ask 🙂
♥ We really love your work, so how do we book?
Thats great! So, you want to book! The first thing is to go to my contact page and fill out the form. I need to know a little about you and what you want from your photography, so please give me as much info as possible.
You can then go ahead and book, or we can have a chat on the phone, meet up or FaceTime/Skype to get to know each other a little better.
Once we’ve discussed details and are all happy then we can confirm your booking with a contract and deposit.
♥ What happens next?
After you’ve booked we’ll discuss any further details/arrangements that need to be sorted. We then don’t need to talk much until nearer your date but I do like to stay in touch and am happy to hear from you at any time, with any concerns/questions or just to say hi!
♥ You’re photographing our wedding, do we need to feed you?
Yes please! I never demand to be fed but a wedding is a long and active day for us and we want to be at our best all day, so a good meal is very much appreciated. It also means we don’t have to go off site in search of food, so we won’t miss anything!
♥ Do you travel?
Yes, yes, yes!!!! Anywhere and everywhere is considered as I love to travel. Because I love to travel, I will always do my best to keep any extra costs to a minimum, so I get to go 🙂
♥ What happens on an Engagement/Couples Shoot?
Well first we need to decide on a location. I am happy to suggest a location near me, as I know some beautiful areas in the Kent countryside. But I also suggest somewhere personal you the two of you is a good idea. Preferably not too far for either of us to travel but if there’s somewhere really special then we can always sort something out.
I recommend dressing how you feel most comfortable and often smart/casual is the way to go, this is also weather dependant! lol
Things are best kept as relaxed as possible, so we’ll usually just go for a walk, stopping occasionally if I see a good spot and I will just photograph you as we go. The whole shoot should be no longer than one or two hours and is really just like the two of you having some time out together, with a few laughs here and there.
P.s. Feel free to bring your dog, horse or any other pets. I’m an animal lover, so the more the merrier!
♥ Can we print our own photos?
Totally. You get personal printing rights with your digital images. This means, even though copyright always remains with the photographer(me), you are free to share your images with friends and family and get your own prints made. However, you won’t be able to use the images for any commercial reasons(such as advertising, competions or sales).
It can be a little confusing, so if in any doubt, just get in touch.
♥ Do you provide albums?
I can provide albums, prints, signing frames and lots of other pretty things. This is always organised on a custom basis for my clients, so let me know what you want and I’ll tell you what I can do!
